Mexican vibes at the Cotton Factory
[Gifted] We had the pleasure of visiting @elcaminomxcn again, this time at the @cottonfactorywl. Once again, they smashed it! Good food and good vibes are what you get at this place…
Being a Mexican Restaurant, it’s only right we went straight for the tacos, right? (P.S. we did go on Tuesday, so our choices were made for us really #TacoTuesday)
We had the following beauties, all of which were delicious in their own way!
Charred Corn – 6.5
w/ feta, pico de gallo, avo hot sauce.
Chipotle Cauliflower – 6.5
w/ radish, red chilli, sweet potato puree.
Chicken Tinga – 6.5
Tinga shredded chicken, pink onion, lime aioli.
Massa Fried Chicken — 4.25
w/ red salsa, habanero aioli.
The Massa Fried Chicken was my favourite; I only wish I ordered more of it!
We also ordered the Queso Fundido — 5.95
Cheese sauce, red chilli, tortilla chips. – This was amazing and worked better when you added the creamy cheese sauce onto the tacos! Thank me later when you do this…
To finish, we had their Ancho Chilli Brownie — 5.25
w/ cinnamon ice cream. A big, rich, decadent brownie with seriously tasty ice cream! The perfect end to a great meal!
