Six by Nico
With a Liverpool restaurant on the way, there’s never been a better time to experience a night of curated and globe-spanning dishes, constantly changing every 6 weeks (the name makes total sense now!). Just one of the many reasons to count this amongst the places where to eat this weekend!
From the 1st of October until the 10 of November, experience the taste of New York City – with a 6-course tasting menu for £29 – this is something you won’t forget anytime soon.
Yard and Coop
October can only mean one thing…Halloween, but the last place you’d expect to see the terror and scares of the much loved holiday is down at the gourmet chicken restaurant, Yard & Coop.
To commemorate the season, a new and saucy treat has been concocted for the world’s spookiest clown, Pennywise. A beetroot bun with sweet mustard, two buttermilk chicken thighs loaded with chilli honey glazed bacon and smothered in ghost pepper marinara and cheese sauce – served with fries and candy floss.
Don’t miss out as the burger won’t be around for long – you’ve got until the 5th of November to claim yours, and then you’ll float too.
Honest Burgers
If you’ve ever had an Honest Burgers burger then you’ll know they aren’t to be messed with, homemade beef patties and rosemary chips are the standard.
But what isn’t standard is each location’s locally sourced, ‘special’ burger – and Manchester has knocked it out of the park.
In collaboration with the Bury Black Pudding Co. – Honest have created a beef burger with black pudding, beer cheese sauce, mini roasties, bacon gravy, rocket and pickles. Perfect for brunch.
Give it a go!
FUKU
FUKU is bringing the authentic taste of Asia to the centre of Manchester. Offering aromatic delights like Katsu rice and Korean fried chicken, picking between so many delicious dishes might seem too difficult, but fear not the holy grail of platters is here!
Combining their Salt & pepper chicken. Cola wings. Seasoned fries. Spring rolls. Curry sauce. Sichuan Chicken. Rice. Sweet chilli. As well as 2 bottles of Asahi.
This platter is the only way to experience all FUKU has to offer; you only have until the 27th of October to grab yours before the new specials menu drops. Don’t dilly dally and get sharing!
